Culinary Care and Chef Partner Featured on WGN Daytime Chicago to Discuss Upcoming Gourmand Gala

OCTOBER 2023 - Culinary Care, the non-profit organization dedicated to supporting families battling cancer through nourishing meal programs, was featured on WGN Daytime Chicago, a Chicago lifestyle show.

Oliver Poilevey, Chef and Owner at Obélix, joined hosts Tonya Francisco and Amy Rutledge to prepare Raw Hamachi Nicoise, the dish he will be serving at Culinary Care’s Gourmand Gala on November 9 at Union Station in Chicago.

The Gourmand Gala is one of Culinary Care’s biggest events of the year. There will be 25+ of the best Chefs in Chicago cooking up delicious food, casino games, live music, and a compassionate community coming together to help nourish as many recoveries as possible.
